Multiple Checking Accounts?  How to prevent printing on the wrong checks.

If you have multiple checking accounts how would it effect your business if you accidently printed on the wrong checks? How would you feel when the banks calls to tell you your account is overdrafted by $10,000? Or worse, there is no call at all until one of your vendors calls to tell you your check has bounced.

When you open the write check screen do all of your checking accounts look like this? How can you lower the chances of this happening to you?

Follow the steps below:

1. Open the register that you want to change.
2. Go to the Edit Menu
3. Click on Change Account Color
4. Click one of the colors in the Change Account Color window, or you can click on Define Custom Colors to create your own color.
5. Click ok.
