Set up memorized transactions to save time

Most businesses have many of the same items in the register, month after month. Optima can help you create recurring memorized transactions -- some automatically will be entered while others will have periodic reminders.

Memorized transactions can be set up to enter an exact transaction on a monthly basis, down to the last detail. For bills with more fluctuation (like utilities), Optima can make QuickBooks memorize transactions with all the information but the amount. You'll only need to enter each month's billing total.

Clear out the clutter

QuickBooks can be lean and clean, but it takes knowledge and some work to get it there. Optima will help you clean up various lists (customers, vendors, employees, etc.) and show you how to make the ones you don't use inactive. Needles are easier to find if we can shrink and sort the haystack!
